* ?$ D* r  l5 a7 R! }2 DContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

3 N8 ?4 m* k# m" n' d- g0 p(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
: O' ?/ D4 |- q2 w, j1 j( u1 DHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
+ \  `5 n# z# r' b, F  n9 _# @1 Q
Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

# I0 Q0 G2 J% t8 f- mDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
1 B, C& m9 J1 J' lWhere: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

1 [8 O4 O% d) o0 m) N! f( hDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
