2 m( \' d3 f1 N) mContext: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

- E6 `- C, f0 F6 O: C4 n(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
) f8 p, A2 T+ V, NHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.

% r# U1 ^3 y; ADuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time

- t8 Y3 T- q1 m" \Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

: d3 i5 H: L6 S9 C+ GDuties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
