% j, `3 j$ X6 s( }Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

8 `7 R8 z$ l( f+ s(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
1 h1 h# D! o1 D7 e1 T- l8 BHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
% K2 {. Y- \0 V# f/ ]
( u' J- _3 N9 w$ d# A/ hDuties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

4 ?3 ^4 f1 o8 zHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

' U2 `( q# u& }* n: GDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time

4 P2 U: D$ j% D0 iHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
