Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time' d* d% O+ K$ U. T, H: ?% q
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.0 v: N$ S* V0 B! D! h5 T. E

Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time1 G H0 g# l* n5 [$ l# f7 l
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm3 d% R- _$ A: s
8 \8 C U: ^# U8 y4 P) YDuties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.4 m. i! V" n8 w* I4 I& |' L8 F

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time

* N1 P. o1 N4 j" }Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.3 r: u2 z x+ { e! n% n5 M) l& z
