But I think the qualifying conditions are pretty nasty.. as it says you need to do all following:-

1.    Use CustomSwitch® to transfer your account balance and any pre-authorized payments from another Canadian financial institution. Learn more about CustomSwitch

2.    Transfer or set up at least two pre-authorized payments from your new account.
