# w: U1 S! H, E( o* M& JThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

, e" P) \" j' }" R8 @% C; ^Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
3 A, y8 b: M2 H$ `5 u- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
$ k* r- O6 e) B9 e9 z- o- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking
& w; F- T1 m. G0 i+ _- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
