) n5 ?/ M( {5 d9 P3 WThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).

" R  U. ~+ s/ n+ X, [0 }Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

8 P* B+ f3 M/ S2 ?; u7 PPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

& H" B3 Q0 w, j- e= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

' _% a6 y) J. A- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)
- Bus Parking

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
