# N' W) b! d7 Q, OThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

3 ?+ k8 `9 ~' H7 ?, U5 w5 H7 |* wPrice = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

- }8 l2 F+ f  M: k* M= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

6 Q! j9 o' G# n! B8 @- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
( }9 v0 A8 S4 h: A5 f- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

) I- @3 z" C7 f- |! y3 g- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners

- The return Boat fare to Victoria
- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

. v1 |9 ]% R; p$ yAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
