Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele \4 v8 r' }$ N6 `
Responsible for specialization in workstation image management

Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
: f d; G% [5 H6 k! y6 o# U, iWorks within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff

Qualifications
a/ F$ t9 b+ `0 F Q" o3 ]. T7 aTwo year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
{4 A8 e% S( i3 Z9 l! r! @% \Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer$ i: k3 Z/ M9 \5 _; k
Minimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations6 T+ ]* ^' J- P5 D2 o/ x0 u) R
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)) q' ~+ R+ }! V$ [/ x0 s
Strong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills- L8 _" G* Z3 d, \, S/ ?
