Telus在搞什么鬼？ 请网络高手指点

一直用得好好的Telus高速网，近日突然在联网时看到 Online Customer Access 页面，让你输入用户姓名和密码，在技术支持的指导下，照此办理还是不通。后来发现因为我是两机无线联网，Telus 那边不认我的无线路游器的 MAC ID (Address)。技术指导我从调制解调器绕过无线路游器，直接接到电脑上。这下倒是接通了，可是另一台电脑就被摔掉了。再问技术支持，被告知他们没有训练，不知道怎么让无线路游器与其系统匹配，让客户直接找生产厂家的技术支持部门联系。Telus 为什么要放上这么一个页面来挡住客户直接上网，是不是要以此来阻碍客户自己设家庭局网？高手们有什么高见，高招？谢谢先！！！

这样连接肯定就可以了

: w$ M  T, p5 R6 a& I7 y4 \将你 路由器的MAC地址 改成你正在上网的那台计算机的MAC地址

* @& G  r; W4 r1 G然后 用路由器 代替你的计算机去连 modem
# Q0 F. q- R8 t! p! }' K8 P
/ U' s" h, t1 ]+ B" {& X$ ?  L最后将你所有的计算机挂在 路由器上

Or you can do it by yourself by:
% M: p- J8 Z8 K3 S2 BHook up the wireless router to the modem and one computer to any local ethernet port on this router
+ w. _, q' E4 P3 j  N2 m) C' \call TELUS tech supp and ask for the userid/pwd to login OCA page
1 Q; x+ T, K$ `after login, click "manually registration and administratioin"
% O  A1 I' ~% B/ r- _' ]$ h, Uremove any one or all the MAC addresses on bottom of the page (or replace with the MAC of router here)
click submit on the left above of the page
' D6 v& R% g# ~/ Ogo back to main menu and then click " one-step registration and administration"
5 c- N  C0 F2 q5 @% fif got "successful blah blah..." msg box the turn off the power of router and turn it on again
it should works

5 R/ z9 R5 p% p5 ~, OI did all you said twice and whenver I power off the PC, modem and router, everything goes back to the same problem again. I do not know why and how to handle it.

我试着按照GOOdLE的思路回答一下：

Step 1.先找到路由器的MAC ID
5 B+ ^; e: a) @' p0 k连接路由器和PC, IE栏里输入192.168.1.1(也可能是192.168.0.1),回车，用户名admin,密码admin,进入路由器设置界面，WAN，里面应该有一个MAC Address，记下来，这个就是你的路由器的MAC ID。

3 G8 E0 R' y  }. n+ b* G) TStep 2.Log in to OCA

   b. Go to the OCA Web page by entering http://oca.telus.net in your Address bar.

      NOTE: If you're unable to access the OCA site using this address, you can try http://oca.ab.hsia.telus.net in Alberta or http://oca.bc.hsia.telus.net in B.C.

( F! @/ m3 y( M! w( R   c. Enter the username and password you selected or were given when you ordered TELUS High Speed.

以上是技术流的解决方式，如果楼主觉得比较困难，或者楼主是猥琐流的fans，可以试试下面的方法：

: {. F+ S: U- g  p3 n打电话给telus，跟他们说自己的modem经常出问题，要他们换成最新的，带路由功能的modem，并让人来弄。

等个几天后，telus的人来了，问题也猥琐的解决了！

在水一方

我家就是telus的，用的就是带路由功能的modem。所以可以试试楼上的方法。
