a friend bought a house last year at 410,000, size is 1540 something.

* w& N! ~$ x8 s% g' S% B+ U# `2. Market price for the house now is 380,000 or even 360,000 in some other area.

. n' B1 r6 `0 @# nwhat are you going to do if this is you.
a. cancel the order and lose 31000?

现在只能咬牙挺啦，应该还一部分利息了吧。否则破产，更难受。年底损失实在大的话，再决定

既然自住，再说跌的也没有比3万多很多，不到10%也不算大亏。何必毁约呢？
如果现在住进去，再跌3万，那种心情叫做郁闷。如果现在毁约，然后房市到夏天恢复到买进价，那种心情叫做想自杀。

真是有钱人啊。下定金的时候怕是买不到房子吧。既然买了就要挺住。
