脆弱，不坚强用那个次比较贴切？

呵呵，不是说同事。
7 z& e4 J; M& h" j$ t2 z而是在病人中做SURVEY，然后分析。在说他们的心理状态的时候，也许也有身体方面的因素，老外总说FRAGILE。

But I heard some people use it for the meaning you mentioned, but on kids. Therefore, personally I will still choose 'vunerable' and yes, it refers to both but both fit.

) u1 S& B7 S+ s. O9 }+ E/ I7 kvulnerable是指容易受到打击伤害，但是这个弱是因为当事人处在特殊处境，我们平常人在同样的处境下，通常都会有同样的反应.；也就是说，当事人本身可能是坚强的。
fragile是指本身的脆弱，这个弱是因为当事人自身的原因，我们平常人在同样的处境下，通常不会有同样的反应；也就是说，当事人本身就不坚强

  Z% z8 T5 O' M6 C2) 在同一个句子里，用这两个词有不同的含义
我再举例：
他的妻子刚刚去世，他非常vulnerable （他非常容易被人利用，被人进一步伤害）
- B. H) A! F/ w/ @& f/ O8 {* c他的妻子刚刚去世，他非常fragile（他一触及破，不能再经受其他打击了）

3）简单说，中文直译
vulnerable：容易受到伤害
fragile: 脆弱

感觉WEAK更恰当些，不过太过伤人家自尊了点儿。WEAK是指心理深受力太弱了和扶不上墙的那种，自制力又差，总之大贬词一个。

In oral English, "weak, not strong enough, not that strong" may be better. "Weak and strong" can be used in mentally and physically at the same time.Usually, "fragile' means so easy to be hurted and it can be unhealthy as well.
