* X1 t/ I& w: V1 T% R•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
: v9 y, ~; r6 R•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
2 J% X  G- @+ R7 {# }•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
' e* }: p: K( k•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
: e! u% Q( }8 k# c& e# ]! c) V5 v•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
$ P, v7 p) B6 e9 }! m•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
( i4 a: ]- U% E) T) W6 @•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
# l3 v* C0 c# s& m6 C% u•        Manage personal backlog of projects
5 {' A, x5 ]3 Z, ?2 Y# r; k5 d•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
