Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
# ^: F' L1 y$ ]•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
2 s% o" R1 o- l2 Y9 m•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
, Z! p& {7 J; @9 U0 n: q•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
* ^2 ~8 o4 G5 v: V3 B, _' ~' d% O* X•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2 h, Z3 w0 K1 r•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.

•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
! H$ J; K. c  t1 _: q$ W, }0 \•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
  Z8 r0 f: n; N  W0 l5 I•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
