( |5 `7 x) O2 K5 c; o; B4 ^: O•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
/ @- L# N$ H# w•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
7 o6 n4 m$ k$ t1 k; _% Z- s- l* G9 J•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3 h7 K6 |) U; ]" _•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
