•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
& y3 ?" X; t4 G& V; [•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.

4 X% Y9 |' x: j•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
4 l4 ^7 k. }; q9 J& k•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
" X/ [+ B" R0 U•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
  Y. g6 N* m5 n# q) J•        Manage personal backlog of projects
•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
