•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
/ H; r* E" s  A- F( p: y•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
& z7 ]; @8 J( v. |& I! e$ c•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
& i* F, ]# d% `9 J9 e•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.

) E  o. G4 [0 h  G. f0 D" q•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
) Z5 p9 X6 u/ g7 \; `3 G•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
