There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous

3 ]6 u: H& e5 L- oThe LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
+ V- U# I( f$ b! U/ R7 A, nduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday -
, H% d+ ]/ w9 q a7 t' Sthere are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4 & Y+ K8 b6 ]: n; U4 e
weeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of 3 B9 w) ]4 b/ @4 ~( Z
English as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate 7 M- L3 T/ l7 }1 D( u
1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels
' m. _% W2 Y: W$ v; Y6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner ) ^$ r0 I" A' T
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by
& C8 z+ A3 r( n; h; D dprofessional volunteer ESL instructors and the focus is on helping new adult , V. z2 K- a8 u \- `$ {+ H( V! W; S
Canadians learn a second language.0 \+ p3 N2 i+ T5 T
