There are two ESL Programs available at CCI-LEX and we offer continuous * p5 K3 F' `+ ~9 J6 e0 Y
enrolment and small class sizes.( K# Y- C3 h. r" q1 E

The LEX Program is open to citizens and residents of Canada, and classes run
" k. K. z% a1 rduring the daytime (9-3) and in the evenings (6-8) from Monday to Thursday - 9 {6 A# S2 A7 m3 H
there are no Friday classes. The cost for the daytime Program is $20.00 (4
7 O' e9 I& V( c, L. D1 M' Rweeks) and the evening classes are $10.00 (4 weeks). We offer 4 levels of
* o) h: `: }) @% b7 x. UEnglish as a Second Language study - Beginner (CLB levels 1/2), Intermediate
5 Z, d! l* P; f1 Y3 u* u Q+ E1 (CLB levels 3/4), Intermediate 2 (CLB levels 4/5) and Advanced (CLB levels ! [* ?4 o' D1 h9 S: Z. _
6 and above), as well as a Literacy class for the absolute beginner $ ?3 \4 A0 _+ m3 u
(Pre-Benchmark CLB levels). The majority of these classes are led by

classes are led by professional contracted instructors and we offer a ' `- u% q) I% e$ x1 z
variety of skill focused ESL classes in the mornings, followed by different * {" X# Y$ ^6 u% ? e
developmental courses in the afternoon, such as Communication Skills and 6 X4 @- c* z" f: K1 a# U
Pre-TOEFL.

In order to register, all potential students must take our placement test - _) f# x5 s- l. X
no appointment necessary. Please, allow yourself at least one hour to ' Y1 C3 B [$ R6 C( t) E+ y
write the placement test and if possible, we will assess the results of your . @5 A8 J0 Q9 L/ ~9 G: x
test immediately and begin the registration process that same day. |
