BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.( f5 M3 G6 S+ _7 n

+ e; d: O( ^, d" [2 }9 E-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.

Manager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).* w: w' f& A, r$ {( ^/ Y0 G- o

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress.6 L$ C) ~- A. |- q* E0 D E

After the interview, I did not get any feedback.

( e! @. ^3 r4 s. [+ B" eThe manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.

1 U0 M( t2 b0 g! \8 ]/ ~One week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

HR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).+ |( X" |) ^$ ?/ _. G

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.# ~4 U% d" X3 s4 n3 f+ h1 N
! h9 z5 s0 W5 _; c' p( H2 v* vOne hour later, I got a reject email!
