BS of Computer engineer. Some embedded software (firmware, BSP etc) experiences.8 years change 6 companies. last 2 years as contractor.

Interview 1: by manager and technical leader0 \0 _8 `( w8 ~# l! |0 ~# W0 I8 D
-Many technical questions. I gave answers ok.* ~& q5 U% ?$ @5 n3 [
-Other questions:
: \: R: T% R- ?8 d! QManager asked me 5 times why I changed job so frequently. I said the companies did not work out as expected. So I need keep update (make a change)for my future carreer (development).

Finally, manager asked me if I had any questions. As I did not prepare very well. I just asked what project was going on and the current progress. F, v% D! ?0 l0 Q, H% w# y

Interview 2: by manager, team lead and HR 1 g0 o) o1 k. s/ P% j

The manager and team lead gave me technical phone interviews. After the interview, the manager told me HR would contact me.! E+ \& d' n2 ?" \4 r' P
- q: U r! P. ?" pOne week later HR manager phone interviewed (interviewed me on the phone).HR asked me what is my current salary (what my current salary was). I said: I am more interesting(interested) in the project.; s0 v4 ^) n' K! O

HR insisted to ask (on asking) me how much money I (would) prefer.I said, the company should have the salary range. I am ok with it as I am more interesting (interested) in (the) company.

- ]9 `' W5 Y0 z- Z' e( W* FHR asked how much I made now (currently).I said I am current(ly) on a contract which was not perm salary. HR asked me (for) the hour rate. I gave him the answer(my current hour rate - $20).

HR asked why I immigrated to Canada not USA. I thought it was a trick question. So I gave him my answer: I did not know how to immegrate to USA. As USA has many good company like your company. If I knew (had known)how to immegrate to USA, I would do it (have done so) instead of canada.7 i# A3 U3 }& k$ a/ r/ Y

One hour later, I got a reject email!
