* L q8 K$ t, t5 P( IPosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

2 V+ B0 v9 U! A$ d6 u) eExtensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.' S/ m( m8 T' x6 s1 O5 F6 d
) G5 j% D8 D0 q/ j! |& ?Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. % ~8 i; C: n7 S

Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.6 e/ a5 M% }* s$ `' J' m2 M

Minimum Qualifications
