9 c, p- O; a7 VPosition Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment., f. R( |- m I* V

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting. + Q" f- D/ b7 P, _- I( r: ^1 r
