1 a! U/ X( l5 R0 [Position Overview: Under minimal supervision, work as a technologist in a startup biotech company (http://www.atgcell.com) in Edmonton. Responsible for the execution of experiments in a laboratory using well-established techniques. Other duties include routine lab maintenance and assist with ordering.

Skills and Abilities Required
Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture is required, in particular high-throughput or large-scale environment.

Practical knowledge of common molecular biology techniques is desirable, particularly in PCR, plasmid construction, DNA sequence analysis and western blotting.

' I$ j9 ?! A8 r+ e& ~Have good record keeping habits and abilities, suitable to maintain accurate and complete records.

Previous industrial working experience is a great asset.

Bachelor or Master degree in cell biology, biochemistry or other related areas.
