Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
: Q5 ?5 T# ?4 ~% x& S( e: hand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
. Q( R* }! g# I) i' `- }Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
( j0 g! Y& b0 h+ [+ TThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
Don't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
