Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
/ D; r( N& U9 b% _- E( r: l4 `Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
That unit worths $160,000 this month.
- t( V- ?. L& O' T1 LDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
; n+ p1 A! j' g; ]2 I2 S# TI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
