Just to share something with someone who is investing in the housing market.
Bought another condo and rent it with $1300/month. Condo fee
7 y' _, C+ M: O  b; R* G2 m. Iand loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
Also bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
& Z7 L( J8 |4 p& M6 \3 @' S: b# P% bThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
) e& s) k5 t, v& XDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
8 K) r2 ~7 ]! o* R- q& rI am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
