烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup sugar
3 U2 i( Z; k0 P3 m! v" D0 S• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)
, J1 Q3 f' D% r4 n0 P2 Z2 I( w• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)
/ `+ @4 [! B! M) m+ {0 q0 A' f• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

, C3 L+ T4 \* c D4 ]* x$ Q: gBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. - A& p# L+ m* V0 p4 j2 ~
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。

检查是否烤熟的办法: 用牙签插一下cake中间,若没有什么粘在牙签上就熟了。 |
