( T$ }) L9 g2 B$ S9 j7 _6 TJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

- R, ^' i' e# W1 h DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

/ b; Y4 y# Q% z4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

6 G1 G  P8 R+ h( M) ], G) G& d% ]8 U5) Serve as cashier when required.

; y- S9 q* X0 Q" F6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

' o- l1 [% }+ `2 uQUALIFICATIONS:

+ o. y. Z$ [/ w7 R4 B* f  O1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

4 H- ~8 o7 t. q1 [2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

/ ?0 V& }5 c9 L7 z7 R4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.
