! }2 Z5 f4 K% f& JJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
& @+ F; ?- H, j2 A/ v( O! m" ?4 x4 k- }
( P6 y' [3 ]5 g/ b3 s4 c1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

* ?* B5 o0 c  I' z* J6 @4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

4 Z8 }) h1 T6 s7 ~4 \6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.



QUALIFICATIONS:

1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.

' G" r  {; k% L: O/ N5 T2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

4 s$ d, _& Q: s  Y5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
