  O# e$ Y$ P3 R0 O7 \" PJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)  Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen area.

2)  Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

+ ?; g) O& i6 s( g+ _/ M3)  Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as per Capital Health standards.

4)  Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

3 j8 Y: u) l* ~0 e+ H6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

$ p* H' u1 p! U. l0 h1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
$ g* X$ B1 b5 d5 K8 E+ W- d
! M$ w3 B* u3 }# y2) Cashier experience.

3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
9 t- y1 `8 J2 n/ f$ v; l7 H
4) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

7 t# q+ ^: U7 \3 _2 q. m2 m5) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
