Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
6 }2 b9 r* R# G; Z' d) `) E) B d) G(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
