b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

! ^0 k$ s! t* t/ g0 v' FPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
0 k, j; z# P, @# v& r' ]8 fenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
! U' m2 i, R, p  D$ Land circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

) Q7 M2 V3 o& }- x1 H  ~The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
7 p" @. v. ~/ w; M(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
' Y% {- l# ?" Y6 }7 I(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
  ~# T! ~% @. g) U(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
# h/ V1 {4 ?- ^/ H3 L* m(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
0 J0 s& R8 t4 `# r4 \0 s(e) A good team work player.
