申请者应满足如下条件:
a) 须获得微电子技术、计算机工程、电子电气工程、计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位或硕士学位。
b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
c) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
d) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣
e) 有良好团队精神

2 [+ i) ]9 a: m% venthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
$ ^4 ^5 K7 l4 ]5 Jand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
* g& V& e8 [7 w4 R% O1 Hintegrated system/circuit design.
+ X" n& {& M& |8 Q7 f- B" u" S
The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
) w; s' B; i! V+ Z# E(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
