申请者应满足如下条件:

b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）

Ph.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
& z1 h. L6 p" ^; ^0 o' E% ~enthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
) y6 |9 p% p# I% zand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
' L+ D: L8 R- [# q(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
; w! r! R7 L9 F0 E+ Y(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
" O. q1 ?5 M9 A: b3 v2 Y. `7 j(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
  \& T7 W" C' _+ }+ x3 d(e) A good team work player.
