2 M8 s) u3 d6 C$ ]- V" iPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
- W# r7 v9 T& m( @- M! senthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
and circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
; m& |6 t' @* l5 Y  UPotential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
! m/ g0 S/ Z, K8 j9 H(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
(d) A keen interest in algorithm design or circuit/system design.
0 u3 ^2 R8 {  ^(e) A good team work player.
