b) 平均成绩80分以上（百分制）
$ c0 N, q! M+ {# Y: ]  {5 `( M$ hc) 托福成绩：笔试550分或以上，机试213分或以上
+ G! U9 ~; y; }! Nd) 对电路/系统设计或计算机程序设计有浓厚兴趣

, P! ?2 U/ g! k1 H& r  g; mPh.D. or Master's fellowships are available for suitable applicants who are
# s; Q" ^# n/ f! Kenthusiastic about research on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) systems
9 D& y- R: H: n7 y7 Z0 dand circuits at Memorial University of Newfoundland, NL, Canada.
Potential projects are in areas of VLSI computer-aided design and analog/digital
integrated system/circuit design.

The qualified applicants will meet the following conditions:
8 h; {0 C% K# Q% g(a) Master’s or B.S. degree, background in microelectronics, computer engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, or related areas.
(b) GPA 3.2/4.0 (80% if percentage grades used) or better.
. H6 Z6 P2 Z& O(c) TOEFL: paper-based score of 550 (or higher)/computer-based score of 213 (or higher).
