The above is a 90-day quality study. But most people don't keep their cars for 90 days only.

( w. u, f3 F2 D3 H; xHere is the 3-year dependability study:
(There is a difference between quality and dependability studies. For example, a broken cup-holder is a problem in both studies. But if the cup-holder looks ugly and flimsy to most customers, then it is a problem in the 90-day quality study, but not the 3-year dependability study.)
