2 Permanent Positions (1 Full-Time/1 Part-Time)

Your main responsibility will be to operate a cube van, maintain, repair and clean residential recycling depots in the City of Grande Prairie.

The duties include:
operate cube van                                /maintain, repair and clean recycling depots
litter pick-up                                      /snow removal
assist customers with their recycling and directing them to the proper bin location for disposal
+ Z3 m9 `' t# d( t" y; abe available to work weekends           /assist in other areas of Eco Centre operations as required

; S0 p9 j! c) Z4 I& b) SSkills and abilities required for this position include:
% n1 i# X5 y* e6 H" Tgood physical condition                   /have a valid Alberta class 5 Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
8 m% P4 ~( A$ X' M: _. {6 Lknowledge of recycling and disposal options in Grande Prairie /certifications or the ability to attain, WHMIS and First Aid
5 h( e0 [' }% }6 _0 v; S' P6 E0 Sability to work effectively as part of a team     /have excellent customer service skills, enjoy interacting with customers; front-line customer contact is essential to the operation

The current rate of pay is in accordance with the current C.U.P.E. collective agreement.
