) R+ ? ~! N. @/ RSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

3 }- Z: N/ a* t5 ~DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
& W2 A# g' t) @/ }0 X _& w- b1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
: W3 N4 `( Q0 D$ A2 Lof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.: Y* x7 T- s# z. ]5 k: H' _/ Z

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
0 B. }6 I- l, O' G) bprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

! ~7 z, X, z) v0 e: p3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
' B: r* r. E3 V0 c, C- pcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 6 Q$ O) F/ F) x) ~+ `+ W+ Z
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

QUALIFICATIONS:; o" m9 `' R! {
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
: m+ ]' Q8 h) G8 V( k$ W2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
, K9 J3 I- N5 i2 q9 g# A# ^7 ~skills.

2 R. g$ ^ r4 J* I5 R s3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.! {* r0 X- S& r5 o" f% K
W; s7 B0 B! Q" D. K1 u! ]4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.) u# C* ]; r: V U/ F, V# R3 ?$ J4 P
: C/ F5 ]- @+ h* v2 e' P& G" D5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
