3 r5 w4 z ?5 {, ^SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
# X3 ^! S* [0 s. |, {" B+ CSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects & N" @% s5 o. u% `( C
of Course Pack production.

1 n; ?9 ?- e" S. MDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Q3 Q+ c$ j/ L1 X' e8 m1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning - T- Q7 k1 X+ v1 m
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
$ v# B+ H" V7 L5 S9 O! p0 Q/ }$ ^$ h z: K( ^
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
/ U7 y+ ?2 r6 L" A" X ?print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.' N9 G& }7 R' L1 j2 F& f
8 {" t! w9 u+ y
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
% _ ~" d5 L# ^. D. |9 f5 a; tcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
$ A+ A1 p5 b6 s$ u I6 G% {/ Xkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
7 ~0 P# Q* \6 n% J6 C9 Gfailures to the Operations Manager.

$ t" q' [# y- y4 K' a# `# V5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 0 N5 A, t M5 C7 {3 x. z4 t h
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:( g, n6 [9 ^9 T4 W s( _' \
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
; P7 ~. F1 Z1 o2 Q7 _0 P% a7 _% E2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication " ]* I# ^6 v4 s+ E. ]

# g/ i+ Q9 y! W* j4 \* K, o* \9 C3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
