JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
+ ? k9 Q+ h1 l2 D6 ISU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical ( q. O' }/ Z/ ^# l% t, ?2 X3 q" W
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects . `% ]: N6 Z% S4 T, H1 a
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:( ]$ N6 p2 u g' ^
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
# @$ ^1 b2 {6 c6 cof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
0 D- M# S$ G+ A! X1 A! y, a# h0 L7 d% X2 M
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including $ c" m% g9 K' q+ E7 M$ A8 |
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
. ^% H. L0 V& M) ]' `- V0 ]; @- [. A# E" p# F+ I
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
9 z) v- G6 K: y" ~, pcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
! L4 I) @3 w b& ^1 t# akeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
+ F# ?5 U+ j7 P. {% hfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 2 P; V9 z' ?, b; v

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.9 V3 w2 O- I& O2 C
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication + x6 @) p) b. J5 H+ S
skills.

) ]- |0 g7 s" J& N8 [( G3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.
