When I was in U of A, some professor chated in the coffee room, "Two things we don't argue: tradition and religion." I think it was a very wise comment.

tomgod Vs dora --- a debate in logistics$ _* K U& I6 ~- @$ F

dora believes: 上帝无所不能, while tomgod does not. 6 E7 p H4 K* R3 Y
Then tomgod tried to overthrow dora's conclusion (上帝无所不能) by finding one thing that 上帝 can not do. tomgod asked dora a tricky question (a puzzle): $ M# s, N* ?7 B1 T"上帝能否造一块他(她/它)都不能举起的石头????" 3 a% Y- h6 v4 y7 e* l* s9 l: R

It seemed that dora would be in a deep trap. ) M) t$ T" U" a, F7 LIf dora answered YES, then there would a 石头上帝不能举起 --> 上帝 is not 无所不能; Y) Q* P: a6 o2 k/ @4 n
If dora answered No, then --> 上帝 is not 无所不能 ! B' `4 j1 h* `3 w1 `Either of these two answer would lead to " 上帝 is not 无所不能"5 x+ v/ |0 q: |0 @/ i- A1 p" c
$ A) l+ Y7 d( A( w6 p0 b, C* [ X However dora did not follow the usual way of thinking into tomgod's trap. dora's answer was as the following: "上帝都不能举起的石头"不存在, which means that the queston is a fake one( M! v: w$ \1 d% _6 s0 q

If the question is a fake how can you expect there should be a simple Yes or No answer for the wrong question? 4 }3 y, Q# n. N& T q4 _ h( S! E# X) r( I
Thats why I made a comment from the logic point of view "Dora's 逻辑 is correct." # J2 V K6 m* v: @ c
