If your current mailing address is not in the USA or Canada,

If your address is in the USA, we encourage you to have your passports returned using the United States Postal Service's premium Express Mail service.

* Provide a self addressed, prepaid, flat rate 9" x 12" USPS Express Mail envelope (no smaller).

If your address is in Canada, we encourage you to have your passports returned using Canada Post's premium National Xpresspost service.1 i6 V8 [, |' r
* Purchase a 24 x 32 cm prepaid National Xpresspost envelope at any Canada Post retail outlet (no smaller).2 X; V! `2 F. o( z `3 a! [7 g2 r; r
* Be sure to purchase the Xpresspost - Canada (not Xpresspost - USA) envelope. Taking advantage of our proximity to the Canadian border, we will make arrangements : t" _& }& n( M

Passports sent to us by mail will be returned to you by United States Postal Service regular mail ' Z$ t6 ~- T/ v% k

Our office is not liable for lost or stolen passports. Passports sent to us by mail cannot be picked up in person. |
