刚看见这帖子。够哥们儿，怕我闷，给我做伴来了。既然我是过来人了，就给你点建议，多谢两周，彻底养好了再打。如果凑合着打，既不爽，有特别容易延缓恢复的时间，去年我的肩膀就因为没好好歇着一夏天都没有好。
