现在每一个位置竞争都很激烈.现在竞争太激烈了。很多人都从别的省来这边找工作.UA,calgary university graduation, 有不少人找不倒工作.同事说, 有不少人 come to our company, requirement high pay, but,
experiences and skill is not match, gone!
many have license engineers and Journeymen, experiences are not enough, very very soso

some high wages incl overtimes, overtimes over 1/3, basic pay is not too high, but overtimes 1.5 x basic
) C9 [1 t* m* M4 e1 G: Lwage. Now, our company cancel overtimes. Some engineering company too
