What you wrote is so confusing: Based on the Community map Stage 1, there are three Lot #7. First Lot #7 is on Block 9 (30' building pocket, not walk-out). Second Lot #7 is on Block 7 (26' building pocket, not walk-out). Third one is on Block 8 (32'building pocket, not walk-out). Only the Lot #7 on Block 8 has North facing backyard, but it's not walk-out and no view behind. Lot #7 on Block 9 has the same south facing backyard as Lot #22 on Block 9. Lot #7 on Block 7 has southeast facing backyard to future main road- 199 Street. Comparing Lot #7 and Lot #22 both on Block 9, they both have the same length (114.8'). Lot #22 has bigger width (40.2') while Lot #7 is only 38.2'. How comes "Lot #7 has bigger backyard (6000 sq.ft) than Lot #22 (4500 sq.ft)?

- Then this is definitely not comparable to Lot #22 on Block 9 even though its backyard is bigger. There are always limited walk-out lots with south facing backyard in a certain community, while you can easily find tons of lots which are similar to Lot #7 on Block 8.

哇塞,你太太太幸福了。。。。我的LOT也是钥匙圈里的,可惜是第3块,虽然我请求建造商把整个房子后推10尺,一楼侧面就是超南面还是只加了一个小小的30X60的窗,原来想加60X60的,可是CODE不允许。。。。郁闷死了。。。。老公一直安慰我说世界上没有十全十美的房子,可是你这个真的是十全十美了。。。。。

太对了,这样朝向的房子的另一个优点是,夏天在后院BBQ也不会晒,不用太阳伞,但我的房子的进门道在车库的北侧,这是一个缺点。我当时本来有机会选同样朝向,并且南侧是小马路(Corner位置)并对着公园的房子,进门道也在车库的南侧,但就因为户型不喜欢(两个卧室在车库上面, 当时已开始建造),也想到扫雪工作量会很大就放弃了,好像有点可惜。
