This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

1) Worst: Cameron Heights

. K' m9 Z5 ~; Y2 d: n2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
5 ?) L, B- A7 ]4 gMajor roads on 2 sides

% a' ], g7 U8 @+ A  [1 D! [, N4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge

+ DC1/DC2 zoning
