This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

1) Worst: Cameron Heights

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
5 r( t! F  L2 P8 MMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
+ ]. I! t: _* w/ L  x: T4 H! L6 @
3) So So:  Magrath etc.
: T- j' p+ ?7 I  oMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
# J; c: r" u! a- b2 gMajor roads on 2 sides

$ S" Q/ |( a( W! h! X4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
. R  Z: D& K9 k7 d$ _* V3 XNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.
