This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

) B5 \- [# L. B$ r( l2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
9 j' H6 A* s& R/ {Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
% a* @7 i% E- H7 I* o# C3 L' \Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
9 K" b7 f3 g1 T3 r8 sMajor roads on 2 sides

5 Q9 q( \) u) ^# i2 h4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.

+ DC1/DC2 zoning
