不是说过了么,供不应求,不是所有想买的都能买上滴。这年月你得承认有人总是倒霉蛋儿,什么都慢半拍。看着天上飞过的大雁,在想是争着吃还是红烧(附近没有动物保护组织的筒子吧),等他想好了,大雁飞走了。

Yep. You know what, in Edmonton, there are lots of people winning lottery at $4M each this year. Seriously, there are 13 of them. You might as well stop wasting your time in real estate and start buying lottery tickets.

You can keep daydreaming. But real estate can't increase at a pace of 100% per year even in Beijing. For the past 10 years, it went up 10 folds. So the increase is about 2% per month, or 26% per year, as I mentioned.

If someone did get 100% in the past year, chances are someone else will hold the bag for a while. |
