其实2%也不少了. 40万的房子, 一套是8千块, 10套就是8万块了, 就算50%要上缴公司, 也能拿到4万块吧? 以老杨的知名度, 一年卖个二三十套, 应该没有问题吧?

3 ~8 \+ M6 L7 \$ C" O2% is acceptable, but it will be even more reasonable if buyer paid his agent 1% and seller paid another 1% to his own realtor making it a fair play for both sides since different realtor represent the buyer and the seller respectively. This has been practised for a long time in places like HONG KONG.
