Wow. In edmonton, if we're talking about academics, then it is definitely going to be in the following order

1) Old Scona Academic' r( d) a# v# F# x& K
2) Harry Ainlay( \+ ]# M/ ^1 K1 b: q- q
3) Arch Bishop MacDonald5 s# b6 D0 u* u7 ]" f

Strathcona is more known for being a "jock" school - in other words, very athletic. It was also more populated with caucasians... I don't know if that's changed in the last 4/5 years... maybe there are more asians there now? Don't know. . g8 R$ @$ d3 h$ s8 Y' `3 h
! g& `/ Q! c" Y- q4 i$ s8 R0 lAnyways, besides Strathcona being well known for sports, I have never really heard of it being well known for other attributes... Yes there is an AP program, but as far as I know, IB (as offered by Harry Ainlay) is still more renowned. Also... Harry Ainlay has a french immersion program. :)
