600 square ft, 226k, condo fee is more than 200 dollars and monthly morgage is $1620. Total expense is more than $1820. If someone want to rent it, he will only pay you 1300 dollars. you loss 520 bucks monthly at least.that is not good deal, you loss money.: |) W9 k4 B8 B( s/ t+ h9 U# y
