No thing secret to enter AC. You could check http://www.epsb.ca/schools/index.shtml to know which school offers this kind of class. If your kids qualified to register AC, the teacher usually would let you know. Here is no push policy.3 L( l+ f% r% o

I admire 小叶子's persistence and upgrade spirit. Not all kids at her age would like to talk how she/he should improve their grade to enter AC.

Indeed, whether registering AC or main stream for your kids depends on your kids' interests. I don't like to push them over. Main stream (Normal class) is also a good choice for most of kids. Other program such as French Immersion, Cogito, Literacy are also good program and option for challenge kids.
