DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 ]$ I/ q9 e' ^, R! K s+ y1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
' S9 f2 x$ D& {9 `of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.7 {8 g d. j( s2 B
) r7 a, {5 x+ t% F3 v
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
8 u$ D6 u6 G# y6 k. ]" jprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
# I5 A8 V4 E% f: H% l4 s- k/ Y6 u$ j' W2 S* d* ~- @ x* e% O* z
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
: [7 k( ]! B) i! p) l$ `course packs. This includes following operational procedures and ; r: {4 n% O# t9 \% [5 o, F* Y
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

QUALIFICATIONS:7 y' C; R2 G1 O
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
+ P/ M. q) {1 f) p W3 I9 I& c2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.% @& `9 o) x# X" i
