Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects

7 y% O8 `! c% M% x" {/ U, B- c/ uDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ c F9 k) c- O. y/ L1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
2 s+ @* a+ Z/ {of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
/ ]* A: ]5 E5 s/ N" w! {4 z; I& r( A$ ]- o+ @ r1 R8 h
2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ' A% ~6 b0 O. _9 Q$ O# I: L9 g, y
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ' p+ x* Z( v7 ^# S8 a
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and # Z) I. c& g: J. G' N
keeping appropriate and accurate records.! ^- {" G3 B% Q7 F3 ?7 @. |

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 8 g A+ q+ l0 ?/ u
failures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.1 P7 ?4 B+ ~6 K7 c, f, B
2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication
% X$ @5 r! V# d+ g1 oskills.; P+ v: S( q* w9 c s& C
% T% y3 j0 p; `1 ~! J7 ^+ W1 R
3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful. Y) `( l8 H% o% y m o! @8 ?' G# n$ `

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.

) e7 V2 N" H$ q5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
