JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- ; W: ?# d' y1 o2 M" Z, j

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects $ t/ n8 O4 V, H% }, q- G9 m, u
of Course Pack production.1 p" Y) D3 v4 Y+ G5 g6 R! O; Z+ O

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
: y' I! |$ q' m Q3 }9 o1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning : A- u0 b( v6 p! H" ]' [" j
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
* z6 o% J8 E! x
2 `; ^1 W9 w/ G6 T' t9 r2 W, B) x2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
) q/ |% U4 R* L& h/ ^" k a# @. |+ Eprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

# d+ ]7 o7 a4 e2 ~1 D7 |' C) Y3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
. { P1 }5 a% E; L, t# K/ tcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and 0 c1 Y) Y. O1 h# U" R7 J& Z2 k4 r
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
