JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- . w: f y5 |9 G) A) F+ S
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 5 f4 _- i* u3 o" \2 ?1 z: Q
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects 3 ^" {" r0 o! D, V6 E
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:& N* z; t; o S# I s& }
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning / }0 a' I% r& j9 g# U
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including + m" |7 H; x) w/ f4 [1 F+ D
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
& f* P6 X6 S# m5 y. X8 c2 L0 Z( U! u8 Y- I) b" j
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 5 {2 y6 e/ @) b" }# ^! b$ W V
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and
- R( J& s, r# w$ O8 s" s3 Dkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment ; B5 P% X. j9 Q; {# S
failures to the Operations Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
