Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects " _ }# o& d; H* w; Q
of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:8 N) j1 q( w' `) d* x, z$ X' M( Z
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ; d, t$ ~1 `& l' v a. H" f: N
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.
+ e0 w8 P' a; U7 H" R$ O
" W0 w& A. A. [6 B. w2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
2 J9 v) L% o# w' K9 F/ hprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.& D1 ?: h+ Q- a- A

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
6 D0 r8 P& E( K/ `! e1 c- |/ k* B; ycourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
' D2 z$ N' n+ j8 W7 [" d+ lkeeping appropriate and accurate records.

and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.4 H+ Z+ j) ?$ a. B4 x

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.. h1 t; S3 K' |' W1 y

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.; q6 u8 ]9 f6 x; i
