+ ]" p3 {7 [+ y- ^9 B% PAs Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
assessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
4 a4 b7 @7 B4 `# u- h! Dgroup performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
5 q+ ]# d) k1 n6 `" Oprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
& e) t* h2 s2 R* }+ I- jassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

, V& f; v" p+ e5 M6 ZAs a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
