Alberta Finance, Edmonton - Tax and Revenue Administration (TRA) needs a dynamic, hands-on leader to lead a
5 m3 _" w3 i  U6 W# U( Pgroup in its CIT (Corporate Income Tax) Returns Processing Unit. As an accomplished problem solver and a
people-motivator, we need you to take on this challenge.

As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
& V2 R. F. N/ W, W& y; Uassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
+ O  i9 ]* l5 |  y& H! `addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
# J" |8 h% M! i$ q. M: G0 d0 Kprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
) |" z) W. W6 g# @7 ]3 R  T' a' aassisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
# a" q: B+ Z7 c8 S( \# @work within the TRA Division.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
% f8 h3 m$ L8 Y+ X. d% [# O9 O) K! Lsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
