Investment Administration Division provides comprehensive back-office support services for Alberta Investment
Management and various other government departments and agencies encompassing assets under management in excess
of $70billion. As the Data Hub Administrator, you will utilize your strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-
7 K: A' T. E' i4 L" bmaking skills to perform ongoing assessments and reviews to validate HUB data. Based on your assessments, you will
, E6 I# M/ [1 P# d2 z6 lcoordinate the release and distribution of HUB data reports each day to various end users and clients. As our Data HUB
2 |5 ], }0 t& R; aevolves through several phases, clients will expect you to keep pace with all new developments.


6 A, f6 _+ U+ M5 Q5 @' K) oData management activities are characterized by due diligence and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that HUB
referential data is complete, accurate and accessible on a timely basis. To expedite HUB database readiness, flexible hours
# e1 h2 O5 H9 {, [0 {of work with an early start time will be a requirement of the position. A special work hour provision applies with a
daily start time in the range of 4:00am to 6:00 am, commencing after initial training is completed.

Qualifications – Completion of a diploma in Computing Science supplemented by 4 years progressively responsible data
8 L& D* j7 n; o7 {management experience. Finance and/or investment knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate will have formal
% {# l' G8 y% {education in Computing and Finance. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and some familiarity with SQL
would be considered assets. Equivalencies will be considered.
