Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
# k$ K2 Z; r5 O6 W6 hexperience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
4 O9 ?; p+ _* F, T, ]/ w2 D# Icoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
% q' w% l* u& Q% q) Y% Njob evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
; }, M1 a- I7 |7 y- jimplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

6 L' a4 L% b) I1 Q  LYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
service orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

$ I7 e" q; v" p* h( D1 YQualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
+ ~. b* T( a7 V3 Bconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
