看新闻里提到这次降息是暂时的，等7月，9月各大银行提高利率时，贷款利率也会增加。

Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
the variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
I do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .
