The Asian Chinese Opera Association and the Hong Kong SingFai Opera
Association (Children Div.) is putting together an Opera performance at
SUB
) m: _* I' A1 e6 v/ ptheatre, U of Alberta, Jul. 21, Sat. at 1-4 pm.  The casts are led by 2

& I6 G& r- ?* ]0 G. g4 d; Finstructors - Lau Wai Ming and Fong Suet Ying, both are Champions of
1 u4 V+ p2 d% M% nthe
0 t7 O* k- \1 O0 H, ~& oCantonse Opera Contest in Hong Kong and was awarded outstanding
Achievements
: l) O3 @/ d8 q0 S: iin Arts Education in the teacher category by the Hong Kong Arts
  n+ l# K* [/ G% M4 U: e# zDevelopment
Council.  Children cast members are ranging from 6 - 15 years old.  The

performance will be done in English with Chinese operatic music; plus a
few
songs in well-known Cantonese Opera... The performance was done to
sold-out
" L/ t. c; {) h% v/ vcrowds in various Hong Kong venues and received rave review from the
