请教如何自己建车库

刚买了房子,可是没有车库, 不知哪位曾经自己建过车库,或有这方面经验的, 诚心请教.先谢谢了!

应该先申请licence吧。然后找个builder,这东西自己指定弄不了。最好请教一下子你的经纪人。

buy a kit from homedepot. If you are building a two-car garage. You need at least two men  to do the frame,  take about 2 days if work full time. You need 2 weeks (parttime) to finish window, shingle, siding and paint.

1.Concrete  Foundation:

b.Footings: need about 16"x8"footing reinforced with 3-15M steel Rebar continuously and 15M transverse rebar at 12" spacing
c. Concrete wall: about 8" wide by 36" heigh reinfored with 15M vertical rebar at 12" spacing and 3-15M horizontal rebar
2 p" o0 }! e! f# M7 q) \& Ud. Slab: about 5"-6" slab reinforced with 10M rebar at 12" spacing each way
/ G9 i: [0 M- Y( {; W7 _! q, g1 Re. order concrete mix from Lafarge or Inland concrete ready mix
$ P6 q3 q! d* S. E- K; z4 y  sf.pour concrete first footing, wall and last slab.

After 3days later (better 7days) you can start framing with wood and dry wall, and insulatin materials

2 h: q6 n- G" `( CFor side framing you need 9' heigh spacing at 3'-5'.
For dry wall you order compacted  wood compound as your size
For truss you have to order truss from truss fabricating company

5 d" x5 F" O1 G+ P4 t6 l$ XThen you can naill compacted wood compound(1.5" to 2") to the wall framing, and to the roof (1")

Off course you need layout your electrical wire.

今天去TOTEM看PACKAGE才知道TOTEM已经被RONA收购了，TOTEM和HOMEDEPOT的PACKAGE价格都要7000多，不知他们何时会有DISCOUNT，我要9月份搬家。谢谢回复。
