Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

$ i6 N% A/ n8 {! o5 @3 wDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

: o3 E8 u" D. ]1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
1 P  H+ n& c( A! Z
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
7 i) K% \. d1 H% ?. y) F0 o" b7 c' \% U' e
3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
% g9 Q3 W5 ]9 ECapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.
' \7 |) l4 m2 w
4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
( T  O0 M2 Q! udeliveries.

( _% p1 n) o* K$ J2 S" Q0 D  W# p5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

1 S, V( \; B' {- T! L# t4 l6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
' K2 ?2 r5 |2 Sshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

" {; B' u6 B, d  N* q7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

- P+ l/ u' G, h0 R0 a1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
5 r% P1 \3 m% y8 X* `& s
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

1 B4 }& Q2 P, U, I0 _9 G5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on
