' G# J! \2 P% ^2 IJOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
. c' j" @1 m7 h) ]+ g8 v! o  Weffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

4 K9 D4 B% W+ y, rDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
; ]: L( P, I+ [2 i$ {, P( J1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail in the training of part time staff
# y% q9 S( g, z4 U  E
2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements
/ O% z5 L% J; M
3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours

; x+ p) \3 T6 R+ E- x5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
orders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

% o% W" \8 k" K3 C2 v9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

) w' C) S& L2 ]  \2)             Post secondary education would be an asset
: u6 N5 x4 h- T
3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset
- m: P8 Z, _8 E9 R7 x' d& g/ b3 b
4)             Strong organizational skills
! R4 b! O9 M) E/ u! U
5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to  
! D0 _/ u3 {  P0 L9 ]& Xdetail

% f+ X0 z# t6 `) i- e6)             Knowledge of computer operations

' x3 R$ q' |8 f) l$ F9 L& b$ f7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a
