- h1 `3 F# V. Y  p# fJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
1 m1 T* U& |% J( C, ?Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
7 ~9 T' M% T+ j  j! g7 v5 t. R1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
/ P1 z: ~) J" @4 harea.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
( C# C* x3 |, s, G5 o2 |8 Rclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

4 u0 S. |: B: @* L( b# x- d6 u( |3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

" F! _9 w4 D! v$ m/ l4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
8 D3 A' Z$ Q) ooperating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

8 E4 s1 c  R( G2 B6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
- ~0 q. \% g4 a, BOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS;
- r7 ]: x2 y  u, A4 }; P6 G5 R1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
( k% x5 y/ o! f# C5 f) tfood handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

2 U! g' k9 q7 W& e" k3) Cashier experience.
( i2 S+ J  @9 }( m5 N
' A9 v- I  R. [6 ~5 F9 d$ N4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

) T0 m3 f6 h/ I, h( i6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.24/hr + 50% discount on personal food ordered at L´Express  
to eat while on shift break
