Food Service Worker II - Food Services

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
( s5 E1 v& E. z; Q3 Bassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
/ z: f6 e9 c+ c) C1 y1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
' I. K) @% J2 C& i% {, O+ cfood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.
+ j3 [  c# k7 M) }/ W
2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
. [. M  R  \0 g2 b6 Gper Capital Health standards.
! X. A) R$ y! }0 x* p
, h- U( y( a# S* K1 E1 V) ]4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
- b9 a  a& v. s% k5 o7 h9 a" Boperating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

8 c' f0 F# h4 ~9 V  m* E6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
' O; F2 b8 _  r# bOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

! b& k; A5 ^% Z' m1 YQUALIFICATIONS;
3 r( r1 h6 X( `* c) y6 _( Y! f! e1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.
" y  \% ]3 q3 v3 K+ u
2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
& O" p# n% v, ]1 z* I
3) Cashier experience.
" z+ U1 M- V3 a+ |
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

% Y3 F4 }, ]+ K8 E3 M5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

& F# _, V) O& D4 k4 p3 B) |/ q6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
