3) To choose the Deputy Returning Officer(s) and assign their duties.

4) To organize polls during elections/referenda, including appointing # w; X3 g* j0 j) E. F1 ]
adequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations

! N! ^' m4 p$ c5 J. G8 w5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/ 2 b+ C; i% x9 j

7) To facilitate classroom speaking arrangements during an election/

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting

2) Must have some experience in student elections.
( K& j8 j7 {& C5 H: V( J* ^6 J; t( n7 U
3) Shall not concurrently hold a position on Students' Council, or
. Y/ d7 _1 O/ d. |6 Xany of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position

4) Willingness and ability to work varying hours./ u. [3 a* f5 l6 M8 I& d
