Most of those buyers are speculators, it is not a good sign.

: U% S; P. N2 A0 swell. each market has investors, users, speculators and flippers. The condos were gone so fast, it means that is a good buy, the market is strong and there are lots of support. I don't see it is a bad sign at all. $ r( t! v# ~8 Y* l2 [8 k * k) H, `8 B0 p; QIt is very cheap since it is in diowntown area and is a concrete highrise building. I wonder how many units are available at first as I called the realtor she told me most of them are gone?
