JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
+ B  T3 b2 N! d* v8 b# m(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

8 ?0 ~% q& @/ z2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

/ D- n! K/ b) Z8 ]7 N% [3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
5 A1 D% F) n, u9 [of garbage.

4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
consumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.
9 b% h2 L; j8 E) f8 ?
5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
; Q2 P6 c$ j5 b* t$ ^3 d' B( r4 Darea when required.

9 z+ g% \# B$ P2 ?! v  X6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

8 ^  C  u& s" Z) eQUALIFICATIONS;
" n+ R. c) T' A8 p6 e4 K  N3 D1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
6 I2 A# Q& d# c3 a% Xof patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
3 q2 [& G% ]- E8 L7 ucalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

  ~" l; Z3 P( {% m* z0 N; O3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.
