1 O+ \) E9 }* g' F# wJOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
/ W  U9 v" s) W. ~; f(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

: T1 a# N2 [2 Y6 ^5 X3 b$ _& iDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
! i$ b8 N* j; x& _* v1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
and are University affiliated.

7 |% k" L# p/ J' u1 d- S6 C9 n2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.

3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
of garbage.

( J% _$ d! B$ t4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
# U" p; i5 q, I8 ^0 B. uconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
6 N: d1 A4 k: V! Larea when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
% v2 ~) Y9 z5 fManager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

2 U* a- q1 V# ?: TQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

- V: _$ n3 g% Y2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
3 d; I( t4 l3 S0 F7 }of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
% z% o) R% o/ [* P6 o6 `; d# s' d: ~calmly under extremely stressful conditions.

2 Z8 U# P  H6 R4 ]# W! l3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and the general
