• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store. + Z& }1 G, Z2 ~5 x( a& n8 \5 x
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.7 F6 B) r- q% T" O$ n# ?
• Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.( @, h5 A/ l3 \+ v4 }" m; |3 \2 S$ V
• Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives. o$ Q; Y e- g; }7 y0 r' I
• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.. c' Z) T* \7 S+ c* A& Y D, ?5 l
• Assist in maintaining employee files and records.

• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
8 _- T& Q, s3 n4 G6 \9 Z• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
H: d3 h6 D& V4 {4 v" Q• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
/ w7 A) o8 r- c5 K5 }8 d6 W9 @( u• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
