% f5 m8 B7 o/ }; m0 I• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store. & W; n: ~' C7 E- H
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.0 g, {- S. ?, M$ u2 J$ t
• Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.4 f( V) q& ?" k. j% |
• Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
( ?% M( b" F: z7 n• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays./ Q9 E2 r( E- m: ]# t0 _$ J4 ]
• Assist in maintaining employee files and records.7 X }: n1 H1 K1 H" Z, Y
• Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:4 d9 M, a$ q+ T( X; Y# U

• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
3 {* n# }4 `0 h5 S! B- B2 `2 K• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
2 k$ i4 \6 t8 i• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.$ X$ ~- w% F. w+ K/ z
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
