• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store. - Y+ P: ^5 g% P5 o$ c' V- ~; h
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.

• Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.; Z5 K! L* v% }$ ?
• Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.: a4 j3 T9 L' _- [ ~$ E# S+ B
• Assist in maintaining employee files and records., U+ ^1 S0 g1 [) |" L; C
• Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.9 X5 R* }' u( X* p/ v

2 A1 x. Z# B8 w9 c' ?* E: S• Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
, z8 B' I/ v" h# }5 L. f: z• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.% h* H9 M) w" V/ M
• Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
