  J1 S0 n% A# T( Q$ f7 H•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
7 s, u9 M- p8 J. ODriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.

' F' ^/ @# b3 U; E& T6 d•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
# v* |' n% X  A% _7 a
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& `+ j$ u* ?# ~9 V, i: s•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
) I; b6 w$ t* x$ h0 U3 G5 J/ K•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
