( K5 I& G8 E, b; A0 {5 n9 T2 p•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
( I: i7 Z: L) Z6 ]4 Z3 U2 F- nDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
, k+ P+ K+ h7 K5 x( h/ B5 V•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
% |/ Y: U: w1 s% e) G: F( c•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

3 K. B' P+ y; s4 I8 i: o$ IREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
2 ~5 v3 L2 Q+ h8 m/ ^•        Excellent customer service skills.
+ j  C1 ^7 D9 j2 b•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
