POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
; ]! l3 f# V* k: A•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: c& {' B- @& \" w•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
$ v. D9 N& q/ e8 v•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
) b& u. p2 S/ V. D/ \. F7 f•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
