•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
) {5 K! H& L: H% ^& e" b•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
8 O; R; \( A7 I9 p& I•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
6 h  V9 u6 \) X# y•        Maintain employee files and records.
2 v3 _/ Y; _" e. l. f6 w. G' _( U•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:
& Z; N, R% a* P% m* n
+ h1 |# T% ]# ?  v' o+ O  o3 O4 f•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
8 x: F1 g6 I1 N•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
