2 q. B0 z7 ]' x" ~•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
7 ]9 ^& j' ]. n. D) z' P•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
$ v# Y4 k$ |* r1 y•        Control store-operating expenses.
) c* d3 H- w' ?8 _1 r•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
, v) Y6 C$ J' Q9 \+ _- z! s•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

8 r- u/ {4 L3 k  B9 q•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
( g% i" F: }/ `7 o4 ?# `' |: c6 w•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
! L+ S; A) ?, V8 }•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
( R9 W  j# |' U3 D•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
