•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
, C! I  c3 J; y( u" d+ [0 E, b6 }•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.

•        Maintain employee files and records.
3 g" C( U+ p* u  ^, n•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
5 t4 H  N5 B/ k•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
5 A! m; Q7 n/ z( x4 p: m$ t1 W•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
: g* }4 i5 C2 C•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
1 i$ R6 z+ V$ y3 o•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
