/ |& y/ n4 I: R1 p' A•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
* a4 t: D. `1 J) u6 m% [•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
) k4 ^$ s' ?: D) p4 `6 z•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
( K( Z0 }$ z3 K3 k) x3 r0 `8 Y5 [  L•        Control store-operating expenses.
0 l0 q1 [% ^6 I" U4 ]•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:
) }) W- B0 y2 Y$ @1 v5 z. J
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
& D: }/ E" n8 A- z4 }) b3 j•        Excellent customer service skills.
4 g# X8 A" ~2 b; i, J! B3 k•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
