POSITION SUMMARY:

• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:% _7 g) a; Z2 k: g/ `
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.3 H( c3 x! y) g( o$ _
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.; v) n/ |2 w+ ?9 z1 P0 `( [2 G
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays." \$ ]) W; T1 u6 r
• Control store-operating expenses.9 k9 ]' k! V" V
• Lead by example in company service standards.

4 h3 J* o% t0 B* }. J ^9 e) h9 I3 }• University or College diploma in Business an asset.; s4 a0 |: _9 ]+ |2 O
• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.' U3 e$ V6 V' h; [& g
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
