POSITION SUMMARY:

7 \/ U/ O4 P( q6 `/ C0 U* y•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
( D8 P! x0 p% ?! B4 E( X+ E& mDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
- @4 c* [( E. b  Q' |+ X9 a2 A1 s+ S•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
* W6 x1 ^. j/ ]+ }9 A5 S) P% d•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
  Q9 {- b$ O/ p' _# H' W" x•        Maintain employee files and records.
% {, C  Z& `" R) F3 l; i•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

; z5 F  B- C& D' C
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
' S& m9 q7 u, e) T4 a•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
* K; w: U$ x$ G  O- u4 X5 d•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
