•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
2 n/ h& W$ f! h# I# d4 YDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
/ n0 o6 J' {# I, D) Q' s•        Control store-operating expenses.
' [& @/ R8 z- d# v: h•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
5 k1 \# y4 \+ t- }! E•        Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.

•        Strong Leadership skills.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
