• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:( d$ Q; b" t/ k' L+ V; U
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
; ]! l3 f# V* k: A• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.. ^) Z: \1 A2 y! L) |
• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.8 V+ O/ Y8 O, e$ U
• Control store-operating expenses.& t% [( v% m8 c8 Q6 y' [
• Lead by example in company service standards. ?+ Q0 Z$ @! j( y/ \
• Manage store physical inventory.5 Q, {# S r; k6 r. S4 ?
• Maintain employee files and records.

REQUIREMENTS:# H4 C6 @" y" \- a, C0 V% B* }

• University or College diploma in Business an asset." K8 c. a$ \4 S0 R0 J" \3 z
• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
: c& {' B- @& \" w• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.

• Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
