17.5 hours a week.  $8.96 an hour.  Hours from 11:30 a.m. until 3:00  
p.m., Monday through Friday

- Y5 p! n7 |) e2 JOperations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

/ Y5 N$ b4 f) N7 ?+ S  c4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

: _* P9 {$ }% L6 a! h1 `9 C5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.

6) Perform monthly food inventory.

7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
' ]! `! R; U* D; Gshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

2 i) y4 Y& b6 m To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

. l7 e. _- v8 i% M) RQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
! [8 `7 y- \: h9 l( U# p
3) Cashier experience.
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

, V& I6 `4 E) ^6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
