0 x8 c& m# P' b" \: h4 `JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the  
Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager-Food Services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1) Serve as cashier when required.

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

6 g4 U1 Z! E9 @) y9 B0 W6 p3) Food preparation and cooking as required.

7 b1 T) q* `+ ^8 i. s! l0 L7 U4) To follow stipulate of the Edmonton Board of Health.

5) Monitor product levels, order, receive and store food deliveries.
( {8 l% J- C8 c$ n* w
7 ~( U1 c, [- n6) Perform monthly food inventory.

' x9 l. o  I# j5 V! g7) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
, U" D/ L# ?1 _$ B+ S, j/ bshifts within Power Plant/RATT operating hours.

  O( d1 v- h2 r" G% e' W; e5 F9 c# T4 j To perform other related duties as directed by the Manager.

2 H, `3 ^# e3 L% t6 f' `/ vQUALIFICATIONS;
% A- k* E4 P- w' m1 r& Y: R. f; ^1) Minimum one year experience as a short order cook, thorough  
knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

$ ]6 L# z3 z. C# x4 O: k5 Y6 w( g2) Previous experience with food inventories.
2 _6 l% U, q" w- u& U
& b8 J% h4 _8 `3) Cashier experience.
2 ]. O6 b' J" Z3 l/ @* B0 v4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Very good public and staff relations.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
