Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the 7 U3 [/ s% {" r) q* T
procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of customer service,

1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and - \. [8 Z) C K; _
beverage items., W3 y5 V0 y4 @6 ?

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the ; w. q, r3 a3 d3 r- [
bar and debit floats., M* | |% {) U9 c" y7 O1 S- n

3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of - R; ~0 g) N# I: ]+ N6 m
each shift, and upon closing.

4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular
+ C- C: m9 J1 V- e' J; ]/ v- ^, Lattention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
9 k$ |" r9 t- _9 y2 h Aseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in
! u2 C* f+ A' K6 G' |6 ^storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol 3 T7 Y7 @+ B( w
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.# S$ w. \+ z0 R5 r* c' N, ~6 p
7 a* n s5 a( l4 I1 o$ i6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close / Z' _; @& Y* U5 m' A. Y
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a 7 Y- E; v7 G( i' b- P, g
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

7) Training part-time staff in a manner consistent with maintaining a
