Operations Manager, the Bartender is responsible for carrying out the

: C9 d n. s1 a" x1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the $ F* d o; A: W
bar and debit floats.

each shift, and upon closing.

5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 3 e/ L( w/ r# s' Z' I' k
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol
+ o9 ]3 Q Z! d# X0 Vproducts, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.& C( s. [9 x* z' U
, O1 @& X$ e7 r5 U: Y6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close 9 e) j8 s/ U+ N- m) Q
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a ; c) ?+ y8 r6 v8 u; ?
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude in

2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume 7 ?; c- J+ X$ F6 F
