1) Provides service to Servers and customers by dispensing food and

2) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold, and for the : d0 Z1 F* O4 l7 n! ^5 \0 ]

$ |; P* H$ u0 m( A: `9 @3) Opens and closes the bar - counts floats and sales at the end of

! c$ a4 G* |) q8 y4) Cleanliness of all areas, supplies and equipment, with particular - X/ ~$ C6 u( J
attention to areas used by customers including bar counters and
% T# C$ N& l0 N6 gseating, tables and chairs and surrounding floor surfaces.5 L C; ~# c9 ]4 X3 M
/ N1 n1 u8 a) N8 o# L% |5) Receives orders from suppliers, rotating stock as required in 3 [0 z( h6 b9 ^( b G$ \- Z
storage areas. Restocks kegs, back-bar beer coolers and all alcohol + y) D4 k9 X& ^& F$ Q
products, serving supplies and condiments at the end of each shift.

6) Supervision of staff, with particular attention to close % o: y- x/ s' w. u# J# z
monitoring of Servers to ensure that customers consistently receive a

accordance with Students' Union policies.

% W' g R0 O0 G! F2) Minimum of two years experience bartending in a high-volume
