JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to and under the general supervision of the

carrying out the procedures necessary to maintain a high standard of * y% C( B, C1 q. x3 K
customer service and room cleanliness.

2 i, N& C2 x) e; j4 d0 b( hDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
: Y; ]! g: E, i0 l1) Provides table service by taking and delivering food and beverage

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a 8 d; Y& d0 q3 v: [! z
high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in " _! b# {3 V$ |' l% s
accordance with Students' Union policies.

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness,
5 D& b- z$ X/ }including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health

7) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations

+ U1 b/ L) M& L: U2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
3 B9 s; P g4 E& Ioperation.% H4 m& M& K5 Q) R" M# Y+ G3 `
7 r) ?* q; e' S3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union
