Bartender and Operations Manager, the Server is responsible for

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

orders.

2) Responsible for ensuring that customers consistently receive a
1 U% D( ~+ o% B( P' h5 h/ E2 `7 ^high level of customer service offered with a positive attitude, in
3 Y% h# R" ?1 B. t$ L/ Jaccordance with Students' Union policies.

3) Responsible for handling cash for the products sold and for the 0 Y# E4 S) `2 z! D) |3 H
total cash-out value of items sold on each shift.: R+ o% J: M/ Q* U2 M

4) Responsible for maintaining table, room and bar area cleanliness, ' L% @; k9 s: W8 J: D' o1 v
including regular bussing and wiping of tables, full ashtray removal

5) Monitoring patron levels of intoxication and taking appropriate 2 t9 |# t0 G4 Z% _ m. K. W
action when necessary in accordance with established Server

6) To enforce the AGLC Liquor Control Act, the Capital Health Z* K7 H- \$ r2 ]' j4 d" `
Authority Act, U of A and Students´ Union regulations and policies.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.( D# }8 ]1 ?5 v; B% B3 _# P
5 n3 s: h2 a! B- N8 a+ W2) Minimum one year serving experience in a high-volume, food-based
3 T/ g( m0 t* S5 `; R# \# koperation.

3) Personal cleanliness and dress in accordance with Students' Union

& r2 d. X% s2 |$ i4) Experience operating an Interac terminal and processing charge
