We are hiring a field service associate (Property Management Assistance). 1 yr driving experience is required.

Job type: Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Parttime is also acceptable.

Requirement:
1. Able to communicate fluently in English
1 ^  F; E  H" }+ E  l' F: ^8 t( p) [2. Able to carry 50lb occassionally
0 e, e7 o* [; ?1 |, {# ^& g% H! d3. Have education in any recognized high school, college, university or other qualified institutions
4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
5. Has class 5 drivers license and at least 1 yr driving experience
6. Working experience is not required but preferred.

Job Duties:
9 V/ k1 i- I, \, [: g1. Drive to buildings at different addresses, investigate and report any issues.
9 g8 c! I, W2 R( h  ]  J: b* @2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
, }7 B: }$ P; k, b! X! ?+ e3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices
3 y. _7 W. z' o) A4 C. }! s5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
; ]: j: o( B4 h7 L* A6. Willing to learn and perform simple repairs and cleaning.
