Requirement:

3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
. N4 e4 W3 T7 r% `( ]1 c4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
, F: T) A5 A- D& A, a5. Has class 5 drivers license
% a$ q' L6 R) i' N, D6. At least 1-year work experience in any field- P+ U8 V- W: F$ Q# x3 S/ |3 ?

- d# R$ {. A! y+ @) a1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
$ _) b0 t" B3 l/ m' B2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks
5 D& M2 e2 @! R" a& P- N. y3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties' u. C5 @+ [* m/ s
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices7 o r! h5 u* q) r
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs. d' J% Z0 x- B/ R, d. O/ u q
6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
