4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails- g; Y! L: o3 V+ F$ B
5. Has class 5 drivers license8 E7 t$ N. m" |* l& F
6. At least 1-year work experience in any field/ Q" P) G2 A: k

7 N: K: J+ h2 t3 i- {1 O0 e1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools/ r- Y5 R0 P$ n1 ~2 T) t2 D- }
2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks T0 g5 X' e; N' M; C: q
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties
3 _2 V$ \: I& K4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices4 Q0 S2 E, V* [8 a- y
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs
" d2 s6 G. d/ U( D1 \- A' w6. Communicate and Assign maintenance work to third-party maintenance company
